Affordable Appliance Parts Warranty Terms
At Affordable Appliance Parts, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We are pleased to offer a 2-year limited warranty on most parts to provide you with peace of mind for your appliance repairs.
Warranty Coverage
• Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
• During this period, we will repair or replace the part at no additional cost to you if it is found to be defective under normal use and conditions.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
2. Normal wear and tear.
3. Damage resulting from external factors, such as power surges or accidents.
4. Parts that have been altered or repaired by someone other than Affordable Appliance Parts.
Refund Grading Scale
In cases where the part is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, a partial refund may be offered according to the following scale:
• Within the first 6 months: Full refund of the purchase price.
• 7-12 months: 75% refund of the purchase price.
• 13-18 months: 50% refund of the purchase price.
• 19-24 months: 25% refund of the purchase price.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us with the following details:
• Order number or proof of purchase.
• Model number and serial number of the appliance.
• A description of the issue with the part, including any error codes or observed symptoms.
2. Ship the part to our facility for inspection (shipping costs to be covered by the customer).
3. Upon inspection, we will determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Repair Services
• For parts that are outside the warranty period or not covered by the warranty, we offer repair services at a flat rate of $150 for most parts. In some cases, the cost may be higher depending on the components that need to be replaced.
